Now it's time to fine-tune your skills and master the pinnacle of calisthenics—the ring muscle up. In this pro level, we’ll focus on advanced exercises and techniques designed to refine your strength, technique, and coordination, ultimately leading you to mastery.

 

Here's what you can expect:

  • Skin the Cat: Master this dynamic exercise that requires exceptional shoulder mobility and control. Focus on smoothly transitioning from a hanging position to an inverted hang, through to a German hang, and back again. Engage your core and shoulders throughout to enhance stability and prepare for the demands of the ring muscle up.

  • Ring Muscle Up: The moment you've been working towards. With your solid foundation of strength and technique, you're ready to tackle this iconic gymnastic movement. Focus on explosive pulling power and a smooth transition from the pull-up to the dip phase, maintaining control and stability. It may take time, but with dedication, you’ll conquer the ring muscle up.

  • Ring L-Sit: Complement your mastery with the ring L-sit. This advanced core exercise requires exceptional strength and balance, lifting your legs into an L-shape while supporting your body weight on the rings. Engage your core, press down through the rings, and hold the position with control and stability.

 

Throughout this pro level, expect to be challenged like never before as we push your limits and refine your technique to perfection. Stay focused, disciplined, and seek guidance from your trainer as needed.
